Tip Jar Tuesday

I have gone and fallen in love with a website out in internet land. I had never heard of it until one night I was gabbing online with a friend of mine. She said, “have you been to etsy?”. I thought she was talking about a boutique or shop here in MO. Strange being that she doesn’t live in MO, right? She said, “No, www.etsy.com” For anyone out there who needs to do any shopping and find meaningful, creative, unique gifts out there, www.etsy.com is definately that place. Crafters from all over share their talents and creative genuises and all without going to a store or flea market! If you are looking for a certain look in jewelry, type it in, and go right to different styles and choices and artists. It is instant shopping without all the trials of going into a store and searching up and down for where that particular item is. Tons of choices and options and varieties!! If you collect nativity scenes like I do, that are original and not made in a company fashion, type it in! Quilts abound, ceramics, paintings…you name it. Type it.

I don’t have much to say other than, go there, explore and become addicted. It will help out artists and crafters to share their specialty and working from home, and at the same time, cutting down your gift lists!
